Opportunity in a Leading National Law firm.

This firm seeks a Real Estate Associate to join their esteemed team. They offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

The role involves providing expert tax advice on a variety of corporate transactions and real estate matters. The team adopts an analytical yet commercial approach, supporting all types of corporate transactions, including VAT, Stamp Duty, and SDLT planning. The team comprises tax lawyers and chartered tax advisors who deliver practical, pragmatic advice on diverse situations, from owner-managed businesses and private equity to properties and funds. Responsibilities include advising on exit strategies, offshore structuring, groups of companies, and employment tax and remuneration planning, including redundancy.

KEY DUTIES:
- Providing expert tax advice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and restructuring
- Advising on SDLT, VAT, and employment taxes
- Offering practical and pragmatic advice on a range of tax-related issues
- Supporting the team with analytical and commercial insights on corporate transactions
- Collaborating with tax lawyers and chartered tax advisors to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Assisting with exit strategies, offshore structuring, and remuneration planning

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2 years PQE as a specialist tax solicitor
- Strong background in advising on tax aspects of corporate transactions
- Expertise in SDLT, VAT, and employment taxes
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills
- Ability to provide practical and pragmatic tax advice
