About the Role
Opportunity in a Leading International firm.
This firm is seeking a Real Estate Assistant Tax Manager to become part of their team. The main duty of this position is to provide comprehensive tax advisory services in the real estate sector.
The responsibilities include managing tax compliance processes, delivering strategic tax planning, and providing support on complex tax issues related to real estate transactions. The role also involves liaising with clients to ensure their tax obligations are met efficiently and effectively, while also identifying tax-saving opportunities.
KEY DUTIES:
- Managing and overseeing tax compliance processes for real estate clients
- Delivering strategic tax planning and advisory services
- Providing support on complex tax issues related to real estate transactions
- Liaising with clients to ensure efficient and effective tax compliance
- Identifying and implementing tax-saving opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in real estate tax advisory
- Strong understanding of UK tax legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
