About the Role

Opportunity in a Leading International firm.

This firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Tax Advisor to join its growing tax practice. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive tax advisory services to the firm's prestigious real estate portfolio clients, including property developers, investors, and REITs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert tax advice on complex real estate transactions and structures
Guide clients through property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
Structure tax-efficient investment vehicles and joint ventures
Advise on VAT implications of property transactions
Ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation and reporting requirements
Identify tax planning opportunities within the real estate sector
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
Comprehensive knowledge of property-related tax legislation
Strong technical understanding of VAT in property transactions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
