R&D, Senior Manager

This firm is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead its Research & Development team. In this role, you will drive innovation, oversee project execution, and guide the team in developing cutting-edge solutions.

The responsibilities include overseeing the entire R&D process, from conceptualisation to implementation, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align R&D activities with the firm's strategic goals and market demands.

KEY DUTIES:

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

- A degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience in a senior R&D management role within the industry.
