About the Role
Opportunity in a Leading International firm.
This firm seeks a Property Tax Director to join them. The main function of this role is to provide expert tax structuring, due diligence, and stamp duty advice to the firm's clients within the property sector. The responsibilities also include leading a team of tax professionals, managing complex property transactions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax legislation. The role requires a strategic thinker who can deliver tailored tax solutions and drive the firm's growth in the property tax domain.
KEY DUTIES:
- Leading and managing the property tax team to deliver high-quality tax advice and services.
- Providing expert guidance on tax structuring, due diligence, and stamp duty matters.
- Overseeing complex property transactions and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conducting internal quality control reviews and ensuring the accuracy of tax advice provided.
- Staying updated with changes in tax legislation and advising clients on potential impacts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in property tax, including tax structuring, due diligence, and stamp duty.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of tax legislation and regulations within the property sector.
- Professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA is preferred.
