This firm, a distinguished leader in corporate law, seeks an accomplished Knowledge Lawyer to strengthen its Tax Practice. This strategic position integrates deep tax law expertise with advanced knowledge management capabilities to drive excellence in legal service delivery.

The role centers on elevating the practice's intellectual capital through the development and oversight of comprehensive knowledge resources. The Knowledge Lawyer will orchestrate weekly professional development sessions, spearhead the maintenance of knowledge systems, and generate authoritative thought leadership content in tax law.

Core responsibilities encompass precedent creation and refinement, client educational programming, technical guidance for business development, and intellectual leadership initiatives. The position requires extensive collaboration with Partners and fee-earners to ensure knowledge assets maintain their commercial relevance and technical accuracy.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in corporate tax transactions
  • Expertise in real estate and/or finance taxation (desirable)
  • Demonstrated excellence in legal analysis and knowledge dissemination
  • Exceptional writing and editorial proficiency
  • Advanced strategic thinking and stakeholder management capabilities
