A premier international law firm seeks an experienced Tax Knowledge Lawyer to join its distinguished Tax Practice. This pivotal role combines sophisticated tax law expertise with strategic knowledge management to enhance the practice's service delivery and intellectual capital.

The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for developing and maintaining the practice's knowledge infrastructure. Key duties include conducting weekly professional development initiatives, managing knowledge systems, and producing high-caliber thought leadership materials in taxation law.

The position encompasses creating and refining precedents, delivering client education programs, providing technical support for business development activities, and driving intellectual leadership initiatives. Close collaboration with Partners and fee-earners ensures all knowledge resources maintain market relevance and technical precision.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' specialised experience in corporate tax transactions
  • Strong background in real estate and/or finance taxation preferred
  • Proven track record in legal analysis and knowledge management
  • Superior writing and editorial capabilities
  • Strong strategic thinking and relationship management skills
