KEY DUTIES:
- Delivering high-quality tax advice to a diverse portfolio of private clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with other partners to develop and implement the firm's strategic vision
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in private client tax services
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA)
