KEY DUTIES:
- Managing and leading the contentious trusts and probate practice
- Handling complex contentious trust and probate cases
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and the growth of the practice
- Supervising team members and ensuring high standards of client service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in Contentious Trusts & Probate
- Proven track record of handling complex contentious trust and probate cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ACTAPS member
