About the Role
Opportunity in a Commercial Law firm.
This firm presents an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or associate with 3-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its Private Client team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Estate planning, including the drafting of complex wills and lifetime trusts
- Multi-generational estate planning and tax-efficient structures
- Wealth protection strategies and pre-sale planning
- Estate administration and deeds of variation
- Lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters, and deputyship applications
- Supporting elderly clients and vulnerable dependents
- Resolving will disputes
