About the Role
Opportunity in an Independent Law firm.
This firm seeks a Private Client Associate to join their esteemed team. They are offering a dynamic role with the potential for career growth, providing high-grade, profitable fee-earning support within the Private Client Team.
The main function of this role is to advise on and manage a wide range of Private Client issues, including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates, and tax. The responsibilities also include developing and maintaining knowledge on Private Client matters, working collaboratively with colleagues across the team to share insights. Additionally, the role involves contributing to business development and identifying networking opportunities both internally and externally, including marketing and cross-selling initiatives.
KEY DUTIES:
- Providing expert advice on wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates, and tax
- Managing client relationships with a high level of professionalism
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Contributing to business development and identifying networking opportunities
- Drafting legal documents with precision and technical accuracy
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years PQE
- STEP qualification or working towards it
- Demonstrable technical ability and excellent drafting skills
- Flexibility to work in other HCR offices as required
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships effectively
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail
