Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.

This firm seeks a Private Equity Funds Tax Manager to join them.The main function of this role is to provide specialised tax support and guidance to the firm's private equity clients. The responsibilities include managing tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and optimising tax strategies for private equity funds. The role also involves liaising with clients to deliver tailored tax solutions and conducting thorough reviews of tax returns and financial statements.

KEY DUTIES:
- Managing the tax compliance process for private equity funds
- Providing expert tax advisory services to private equity clients, ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Developing and implementing tax-efficient strategies for private equity investments
- Conducting detailed reviews of financial statements and tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaising with clients to understand their tax needs and deliver bespoke solutions
- Staying updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in private equity tax management
- Strong understanding of UK tax legislation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
