This firm seeks a Partner (Head of Italian Desk) to join its dynamic team in central London. The position offers the chance to lead a dedicated team. The primary function of this role is to provide comprehensive accounting and business services to Italian inbound and UK outbound clients. As the head of the Italian desk, you will oversee various services, including general practice, audit, tax, and outsourced finance functions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage client relationships, drive business development, and ensure the highest service delivery standards.
KEY DUTIES:
- Leading and managing the Italian desk, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
- Providing expert guidance on general practice, audit, tax, and outsourced finance functions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Conducting high-level reviews and quality control to maintain service excellence.
- Collaborating with other departments to offer integrated solutions to clients.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in general practice, audit, tax, or outsourced finance functions.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and leading teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
