Manager, Transfer Pricing

Opportunity in a Leading International firm.

This firm seeks a Manager, Transfer Pricing to join them. The primary focus of this role is to develop and implement transfer pricing strategies and policies for the firm. The responsibilities also include conducting economic analyses, preparing transfer pricing documentation, and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.

The role involves collaborating with various departments to provide transfer pricing advice and support on cross-border transactions. Additionally, the Manager will be expected to stay abreast of changes in transfer pricing legislation and guidelines to ensure the firm remains compliant.

KEY DUTIES:
- Developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies and policies
- Conducting economic analyses and preparing transfer pricing documentation
- Ensuring compliance with international tax regulations
- Collaborating with various departments to provide transfer pricing advice on cross-border transactions
- Monitoring changes in transfer pricing legislation and guidelines
- Providing training and support to junior team members on transfer pricing matters

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Proven experience in transfer pricing within a professional services firm or multinational corporation
- Strong understanding of international tax regulations and transfer pricing guidelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA) or equivalent experience
