Manager, Transactions Tax

Opportunity in an International firm.

This firm is seeking a Transactions Tax Manager to join its team. The role focuses on providing comprehensive transaction tax advisory services to clients.

Key responsibilities include leading tax due diligence projects, structuring transactions for optimal tax efficiency, and working closely with clients to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

KEY DUTIES:
- Conducting detailed tax due diligence on potential acquisitions and other transactions
- Advising clients on the tax implications of various transaction structures
- Collaborating with the corporate finance team to provide integrated transaction services
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax legislation and regulations
- Preparing and reviewing tax reports and documentation
- Assisting with post-transaction tax integration and planning

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in transaction tax, ideally within a professional services firm
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
