Manager, Transactions Tax

Opportunity in an International firm.

This firm is looking for a Transactions Tax Manager to join their team. The role involves delivering thorough transaction tax guidance and support to clients. Key duties include overseeing tax due diligence projects, structuring deals for optimal tax efficiency, and collaborating with clients to ensure adherence to tax laws.The role involves working closely with the firm's corporate finance team to deliver seamless tax solutions during mergers, acquisitions, and other significant transactions.

KEY DUTIES:
- Conducting detailed tax due diligence on potential acquisitions and other transactions
- Advising clients on the tax implications of various transaction structures
- Collaborating with the corporate finance team to provide integrated transaction services
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax legislation and regulations
- Preparing and reviewing tax reports and documentation
- Assisting with post-transaction tax integration and planning

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in transaction tax, ideally within a professional services firm
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
