Opportunity in a Large firm.
The firm is seeking a Reward Manager to join its team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design, implement, and oversee the firm’s reward strategies and programs. Key duties include conducting market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages, managing the annual salary review process, and developing incentive schemes aligned with the firm’s objectives. This position requires close collaboration with HR and senior management to support the firm's strategies for talent attraction and retention.
KEY DUTIES:
- Designing and implementing reward strategies and programmes

- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a reward management role within the accountancy sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR and reward management systems
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPD) is desirable
