This firm seeks a Private Tax Manager to provide comprehensive UK private tax support and guidance to their clientele. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the management team, leading their service line while upholding our organisational culture and values. This position demands a high level of expertise in UK tax matters, coupled with strong leadership and client relationship management skills.

The Private Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing team performance, setting objectives, and conducting regular performance reviews. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing complex tax issues and providing tailored solutions. The role requires daily interaction with clients at various levels, identifying opportunities to add value through our firm's diverse service offerings.

Collaboration is essential in this role, as the Manager will work closely with directors and other team members to ensure efficient project delivery and clear communication of progress. The position also entails significant business development responsibilities, including building a network of potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and participating in marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or ATT) with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience. Expertise in areas such as inheritance tax, capital gains, trusts, and income tax is required. Strong people management skills, effective client relationship management, and proficiency in budget and time management are crucial for success in this role.
