The firm is making significant investments in its Private Tax team and is seeking an individual who can contribute to its ambitious growth objectives during this dynamic period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Engage in proactive business development to secure new projects.
  • Oversee the delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring both technical excellence and a practical, business-oriented approach.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to junior team members, fostering their development through effective coaching.
  • Contribute to various team initiatives, including staff retention and training.

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Strong commercial acumen and client focus.
  • Excellent technical tax skills.
  • Proficient in client relationship management, capable of delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to defend positions and manage challenges.
  • Strong business development capabilities, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • ACA/CTA/Tax Inspector with full technical training, law qualification, or equivalent tax specialist qualification.
  • Proven experience in business development and staff coaching.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project management expertise, including planning, prioritization, and budget management.
  • Creative and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
