About the Role
Opportunity in a Leading International firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on tax-efficient remuneration strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and managing the implementation of various incentive plans. The role also involves conducting technical research, preparing detailed reports, and liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
KEY DUTIES:
- Advising clients on the design and implementation of tax-efficient incentive and reward schemes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant tax legislation and regulations
- Conducting technical research and preparing detailed reports
- Managing client relationships and liaising with HMRC
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns related to employee incentives
- Providing training and support to junior team members
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in incentives and reward tax
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
