Opportunity in a Leading International firm.

This firm seeks an Alternative Funds Tax Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to provide expert tax advice and support to the firm's alternative investment funds clients. The responsibilities also include managing tax compliance processes, advising on tax-efficient structures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive tax solutions tailored to the needs of alternative funds.

KEY DUTIES:
- Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to alternative investment funds
- Overseeing and managing tax compliance processes, including tax returns and reporting
- Advising on tax-efficient structures and transactions to optimise fund performance
- Ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and staying abreast of legislative changes
- Collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to deliver integrated tax solutions
- Conducting tax risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Extensive experience in tax advisory and compliance within the alternative funds sector
- Strong knowledge of UK and international tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
