Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients.
  • Engage in proactive business development to secure new engagements.
  • Oversee the delivery of complex and challenging consulting projects, ensuring technical precision and a practical, business-oriented approach.
  • Provide guidance and developmental support to junior team members through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at staff retention and training.

Qualifications

  • ACA / CTA / Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training, Law qualification, or equivalent expertise.
  • Demonstrated tax technical proficiency.
  • Proven experience in the management taxes domain.
  • Business development experience with a record of successful opportunity conversion.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
