KEY DUTIES:
- Providing expert tax advice on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring projects
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
- Managing and mentoring a team of tax professionals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Conducting thorough tax due diligence and risk assessments
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver integrated tax solutions

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Extensive experience in M&A tax within a professional services environment
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
