KEY DUTIES:
- Leading and managing M&A tax projects from inception to completion

- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and delivering tailored tax solutions
- Conducting thorough tax due diligence and risk assessments

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Extensive experience in M&A tax within the Financial Services sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Proven track record of delivering complex tax projects successfully
