Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.

This firm seeks a M&A Tax Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to provide expert tax advisory services within the Financial Services (FS) sector, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. The responsibilities also include conducting detailed tax due diligence, structuring transactions to optimise tax efficiency, and providing strategic tax planning advice to clients. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

KEY DUTIES:
- Conducting comprehensive tax due diligence on potential acquisitions and mergers
- Structuring transactions to ensure optimal tax efficiency and compliance
- Providing strategic tax planning advice to clients within the FS sector
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver integrated service solutions
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Keeping abreast of changes in tax legislation and advising clients accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Extensive experience in M&A tax within the Financial Services sector
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
