About the Role

Opportunity in an International Law firm.

This firm presents an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate to become a key member of its Projects team, with a particular emphasis on the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of transactions and projects, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative working environment. While a background in energy mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and either commercial energy or energy regulatory work is preferred, the position can be tailored to the candidate's prior experience.

The Projects team offers extensive expertise across the full project lifecycle, from inception and development to financing and operations. The scope of sectors includes solar, wind, biomass, green hydrogen, and electric vehicle infrastructure. Senior Associates are entrusted with significant responsibilities early in their tenure, including the development of client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

The firm is well-regarded in the energy and infrastructure sectors, advising prominent investors, developers, and financial institutions both in the UK and globally. The firm’s dedication to decarbonisation and the transition to a low-carbon economy shapes its strategic direction and drives much of the team's work. This position provides exposure to cutting-edge energy solutions and offers the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders.

Operating across sectors such as education, healthcare, transport, and infrastructure, the team maintains a strong presence in key European markets. Senior Associates will receive comprehensive career development support, with clear advancement opportunities, tailored training, and collaboration with experienced professionals and partners.
