About the Role

Opportunity in an International Law firm.

This firm has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Projects team, with a focus on the renewable energy sector.  The successful candidate will engage in diverse transactions and projects within the sector, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment. A background in energy M&A and either commercial energy or energy regulatory work is preferred, although the role can be adapted to the candidate’s experience.

The firm’s Projects team provides comprehensive expertise across the entire project lifecycle, from inception and development through to financing and operation, across a wide range of sectors including solar, wind, biomass, green hydrogen, and electric vehicle infrastructure. Senior Associates are given responsibility early on, including fostering client relationships and driving business development efforts.

The team holds a strong reputation in the energy and infrastructure markets, advising leading investors, developers, and lenders both in the UK and internationally. A commitment to decarbonisation and the transition to a low-carbon economy drives the firm’s strategy and underpins much of the practice's work. This role will offer exposure to innovative energy solutions and the opportunity to work with industry leaders.

The Projects team operates across multiple sectors including education, healthcare, transport, and infrastructure, and boasts a presence in key European markets. Senior Associates will benefit from comprehensive career development support, clear progression pathways, and tailored training, with opportunities to collaborate with highly experienced professionals and directly work with partners.
