The firm is seeking a Funds Tax Senior Manager to join their team, offering flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, alongside a hybrid work model. This role involves working closely with a distinguished client portfolio, including private equity, hedge funds, credit funds, real estate, and infrastructure investments.

Key responsibilities include fund structuring, establishment, compliance, reporting, and providing day-to-day advisory services. The role also requires direct collaboration with fund principals. The firm is actively growing its private capital markets division, presenting clear opportunities for career growth and offering robust technical and commercial training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engaging with a broad range of clients, including private equity, hedge, credit, real estate, and infrastructure funds
Overseeing fund structuring and establishment processes
Managing compliance and reporting activities
Providing continuous advisory support to clients
Working directly with fund principals to meet specific needs
Contributing to the firm’s expansion within the private capital markets field

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Extensive experience in tax consultancy, particularly within the funds sector
Proven expertise in fund structuring and establishment
Strong understanding of compliance and reporting regulations
Exceptional advisory skills and the ability to interact with high-level clients
