Funds Tax Director

The primary duties encompass fund structuring, establishment, compliance, reporting, and providing ongoing advisory services. The role also involves direct interaction with fund principals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including private equity, hedge, credit, real estate, and infrastructure funds
