KEY DUTIES:
- Creating and sustaining effective teams
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring the delivery of quality work and managing the delivery team
- Supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff to aid their development
- Contributing to people initiatives, including retention and training of international tax professionals
- Managing both the strategic and operational aspects of the team, including junior staff development and assignments

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to gain buy-in and handle challenges
- Business development skills, including identifying and converting opportunities
- High-level management of complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach
- Effective time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines
