This firm seeks a Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to provide expert tax advisory services within the financial services sector. The responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the firm's growth and development initiatives.

KEY DUTIES:
- Leading and managing tax compliance and advisory projects for financial services clients
- Providing technical tax support and guidance to clients and internal teams
- Conducting internal quality control reviews and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Mentoring and training junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Contributing to the firm's business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in tax advisory services within the financial services sector
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff
