This firm seeks a Reward Senior Consultant to join them.  The main function of this role is to provide expert reward consultancy services within the financial services sector. The responsibilities also include developing and implementing reward strategies, conducting market analysis, and advising on executive compensation. The role involves collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to ensure reward programmes align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

KEY DUTIES:
