This firm seeks a Financial Services Transaction Tax Senior Manager to join them. The main function of this role is to provide expert transaction tax advice and support to the firm's financial services clients. The responsibilities also include managing complex tax projects, leading a team of tax professionals, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions to optimise their financial outcomes.

KEY DUTIES:
- Leading and managing transaction tax projects, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and other financial transactions
- Providing strategic tax advice to clients in the financial services sector
- Ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive tax solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience in transaction tax within the financial services industry
- Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA
