This firm is seeking an accomplished Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships and leading a team of assignment management case advisors.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in global mobility, preferably in a management capacity within an in-house function or service provider. Proficiency in global mobility management software is essential. Key attributes include strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen. The role demands adaptability, teamwork, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
Primary responsibilities encompass cultivating client relationships, overseeing service delivery, leading onshore and offshore teams, driving innovation, and identifying new business opportunities. The Manager will also play a crucial role in implementing technological solutions, managing projects, and mentoring junior team members.
