Opportunity in a Leading firm.

This firm seeks a qualified professional to join the team as a Research and Development Tax Executive. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with Partners to assist clients in securing R&D tax relief and credits. This role encompasses conducting technical and financial assessments, liaising with HMRC, managing client relationships, and addressing HMRC inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable technical knowledge of R&D tax relief, preferably gained through experience in an accountancy practice or specialised R&D firm. A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related scientific or technological field is highly desirable. The role requires a proactive approach to business development, coupled with a general understanding of audit and accountancy principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential, as is the ability to manage conflicting priorities while delivering high-quality work within specified timeframes. We seek individuals who maintain a positive outlook and demonstrate problem-solving skills when working with both clients and colleagues.
