Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex tax due diligence assignments, overseeing corporation tax due diligence services
  • Coordinate with specialists across various tax domains and international offices to manage comprehensive tax due diligence projects
  • Spearhead M&A structuring advisory services, delivering sophisticated tax advisory solutions
  • Manage client relationships, including scoping assignments and fee negotiations
  • Collaborate with deal advisory teams to provide integrated M&A services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of growth strategies for the transaction tax team
  • Enhance service quality through process improvements and team training initiatives
  • Mentor and manage key team members, supporting their professional development

Qualifications and Skills

  • Professional qualification such as ACA or CTA (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience in transaction taxes and M&A structuring
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate and shareholder tax issues in transactions
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
  • Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in monitoring project financials and fee negotiations
