About the Role
Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.
This firm is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join its specialised team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with esteemed clients and intermediaries, providing a valuable platform to expand professional networks and contribute significantly to new business acquisition.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and a proven history of advising management teams on pertinent issues, including a thorough understanding of the employment-related securities regime, as well as expertise in capital gains tax and income tax matters relevant to individuals engaged in transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients.
- Engage in proactive business development to secure new engagements.
- Oversee the delivery of complex and challenging consulting projects, ensuring technical precision and a practical, business-oriented approach.
- Provide guidance and developmental support to junior team members through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at staff retention and training.

- Exceptional tax technical skills in management taxes.
- Proficient in client relationship management and delivering high-quality client solutions.
- Strong negotiation abilities, capable of defending positions and managing challenges.
- Effective business development skills, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Excellent time management, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Broad experience advising various entities, including AIM-listed companies, PE-backed businesses, family-owned enterprises, and OMBs, with a background in implementing management incentive plans or share option schemes.
Qualifications
- ACA / CTA / Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training, Law qualification, or equivalent expertise.
- Demonstrated tax technical proficiency.
- Proven experience in the management taxes domain.
- Business development experience with a record of successful opportunity conversion.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
