Opportunity in a Tier A firm.

This firm seeks an Employment Tax Director.  The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in all facets of Employment Tax, playing a pivotal role on national, regional, and strategic levels. A proactive approach to identifying and shaping new opportunities within the firm's Employment Tax service line is essential, with a vision for both current and future offerings.

The individual will receive ongoing support in their career development and actively participate in shaping the direction of the Employment Tax practice, including its team structure, strategic focus, and use of technology.

This position offers significant growth potential, allowing the individual to become a key contributor within the firm.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact, both internally and externally.
  • Cultivate relationships across the firm to enhance the visibility of Employment Tax Reward services.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Markets to formulate effective market strategies.
  • Foster teamwork by working closely with other team members.
  • Mentor junior team members, including graduates and school leavers.
  • Build an internal network to support the firm’s clients.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ATT, CTA) with extensive experience in Employment Tax.
  • Demonstrates a high level of technical expertise in Employment Tax matters.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Experience managing projects and providing long-term client support.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Experience in performance management.
  • Eager to continuously learn and grow professionally.
  • Capable of identifying and developing business opportunities at local, national, and strategic levels through relationship building.
