This firm is seeking an accomplished corporate tax specialist at the Director level to join their Edinburgh office and contribute to our rapidly expanding Scotland Corporate Tax Team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the corporate tax team partner to foster market growth and team development, with clear opportunities for advancement within the organisation.
The role encompasses a diverse portfolio of work across various business sectors in both the Scottish market and the London client base. Tax accounting expertise is essential, as is the ability to assist with stand-alone tax advisory projects, such as structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support, and due diligence.

Strong technical skills and a comprehensive understanding of UK corporate tax issues are crucial. The ability to manage a team, deliver high-quality work, and market both personal and firm capabilities is essential. Innovation, vision, and creativity are highly valued traits. Experience in handling a range of tax issues relevant to our corporate client base is preferred, including the ability to address tax matters from both company and owner perspectives.
