This firm seeks a London-based Senior Manager to join its dynamic in London. The role offers the opportunity to gain broad experience, enhance skills, and engage directly with senior team members at client organisations.

This is a pivotal time to join the Global Services team, as demand for services is rapidly growing and significant opportunities for expansion are emerging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Support the Global Services partner group in large-scale client proposals, lead global pricing efforts, participate in strategic negotiations, and contribute to presentations. Identify opportunities for additional services and manage your own sales pipeline for mid-sized pursuits.
  • Contract Management: Oversee multiple large contracts, ensuring risk is managed through robust governance. Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure adherence to service agreements. Lead communication, reporting, and issue resolution across contracts.
  • Finance & Risk: Regularly review budgets and resources, ensuring margin targets are met. Lead billing and cash collection while supporting Quality and Risk Management efforts in coordination with legal teams.
  • Project Management: Lead scoping and process improvements, manage project timelines, and negotiate contract scope changes as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

A degree or equivalent, experience in tax/accountancy, strong communication skills, project management expertise, and a track record of managing international projects are required. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, along with leadership and client management experience, is essential.
