Candidates should possess comprehensive experience advising on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and restructuring, along with a strong background in SDLT, VAT, and employment taxes. Management experience is advantageous, as the role involves overseeing a team, managing a full caseload, and engaging in marketing and business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base in this area.
