The ideal candidate will be a tax law specialist, preferably with experience from a regional, national, or city firm. Candidates who bring an existing client following or possess expertise that complements and strengthens the current practice are highly desirable. This firm seeks an individual with specific knowledge in a particular sector of tax law and a vision to lead its development at this firm, with full support and encouragement provided.

Candidates should possess comprehensive experience advising on tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and restructuring, along with a strong background in SDLT, VAT, and employment taxes. Management experience is advantageous, as the role involves overseeing a team, managing a full caseload, and engaging in marketing and business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base in this area.
