About the Role

Opportunity in a Big 4 firm.

This firm seeks a Corporate Tax Director to join them. The main function of this role is to lead the firm's corporate tax compliance and reporting function. The responsibilities also include overseeing the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns, managing the firm's tax provision process, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The role also involves liaising with external auditors and tax authorities, as well as providing strategic tax advice to senior management.

KEY DUTIES:
- Leading the corporate tax compliance and reporting function
- Overseeing the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns
- Managing the firm's tax provision process
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
- Liaising with external auditors and tax authorities
- Providing strategic tax advice to senior management

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
