The primary focus of this role is to lead and manage the corporate finance department, providing strategic financial advice and support to the firm's clients. Responsibilities include overseeing financial due diligence, managing mergers and acquisitions, and advising on financial restructuring. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, and contributing to the firm's overall business strategy.
KEY DUTIES:
- Leading and managing the corporate finance team to achieve departmental goals
- Providing strategic financial advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring
- Conducting financial due diligence and preparing detailed reports for clients
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborating with other departments to provide integrated financial solutions
- Contributing to the firm's business strategy and growth initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ACA/ACCA/CA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven management experience within a corporate finance environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
