The role requires a proactive approach, with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues at various levels and clients. The position offers opportunities for building a client portfolio and developing specialist knowledge in technical areas or specific sectors.

Key responsibilities include preparing government incentive claims, drafting technical reports, coordinating with stakeholders, managing client relationships, and overseeing project delivery. The role also involves supervising junior team members, pursuing business development opportunities, and providing tax technical advice.

Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge of UK R&D tax laws, excellent project management skills, and superior communication abilities. The ability to coach and delegate effectively is crucial. Strong written and analytical skills are essential for report writing and data analysis. ATT/CTA part qualification is required.
