About the Role
Opportunity in a Leading Professional Services firm.
This firm is looking for an experienced and energetic Audit Partner to become a key part of its team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leading client projects across a broad spectrum of industries. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive business growth, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure top-notch service delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Leadership: Take charge of overseeing a diverse client portfolio from various sectors, managing the delegation of tasks, and upholding the highest standards of service throughout each engagement.
Business Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance existing services and introduce new ones, driving revenue expansion. A solid grasp of business strategy and commercial insights is essential to add value for clients and the firm.
Collaboration & Marketing: Collaborate across departments to develop ideas and concepts that boost marketing efforts with current clients. Maintain a thorough understanding of the firm's service offerings to maximise internal resources efficiently.
Audit Oversight: Supervise the entire audit lifecycle, from planning through to execution, including the management of budgets, schedules, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will act as the Responsible Individual (RI) for client engagements.
Qualifications:
A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have achieved or are in the process of achieving RI status.
Technical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex business situations, identifying key issues and solutions. Excellent knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP is a must.
Leadership Background: Demonstrated experience in managing a substantial client portfolio at a senior level, along with the skills to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Communication Skills: Skilled communicator, capable of building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong decision-making skills, with the capability to address challenges, find solutions, and take effective actions to meet client needs and
