About the Role
Opportunity in a Top 20 firm.
This firm seeks an experienced Senior Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of service delivery to our clients while also developing a high level of technical expertise in a particular area of specialisation. You will be able to provide commercial and value-added advice to clients without the need for partner input, as well as undertake projects and special work for partners with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will contribute to the firm's strategic direction and lead teams of managers and staff to drive profitable business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a significant portfolio of clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service and quality
Develop and maintain a deep technical expertise or specialised knowledge in a specific sector or practice area
Deliver sophisticated commercial and advisory services to clients without requiring partner input
Undertake complex projects and special initiatives for partners with minimal supervision
Provide strategic-level input and recommendations to the firm's leadership team
Lead and motivate teams of managers and staff, driving performance and professional development
Build and leverage your personal network of contacts to develop new business opportunities
Serve as an ambassador for the firm, enhancing its reputation and profile in the market
Qualifications
Substantial experience (8+ years) in a professional services environment, with a proven track record of client management and business development
Demonstrated ability to provide high-level technical and advisory services to clients without partner oversight
Strong project management skills, with the capacity to lead complex initiatives with minimal supervision
Exceptional people management and leadership abilities, including the skills to coach, develop, and inspire teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships at all levels
Thorough understanding of general business and financial concepts, as well as the firm's specific operations and industry
