About the Role

Opportunity in a National Law firm.

This firm is seeking a dedicated Associate to contribute to the firm's representation of rural and national clients. This team handles a variety of high-profile cases, including advising prominent landed estates, trustees, and individuals involved in complex trust arrangements. The firm's expertise extends to heritage property matters, capital tax planning, and the implications of development and diversification on tax reliefs, with a particular focus on succession and tax efficiency.

In this position, the successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, which includes advising trustees of significant family trusts on issues related to trust law, governance, taxation, and restructuring, both pre- and post-death. Additionally, they will assist senior team members on more complex cases, while also participating in networking and business development initiatives to expand both personal and firm-wide client portfolios.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial technical experience in Private Client law, particularly in trust and estate planning and administration. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality written and oral communications are essential. The candidate should be capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with an enthusiasm for business development and building client relationships.

The firm offers an array of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, generous holiday entitlement, comprehensive health coverage, and a strong commitment to employee well-being and social responsibility. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing and supportive team during an exciting period of expansion.
