This firm seeks an exceptional Associate Attorney with 0-4 years of post-qualification experience to join its distinguished Employee Incentives practice. The successful candidate will join its department specialising in comprehensive incentive solutions for diverse corporate clients.

The role encompasses advising on sophisticated employee incentive structures, including tax-advantaged share schemes, international equity offerings, and executive compensation arrangements. The position involves significant collaboration with multiple practice areas, particularly in relation to corporate transactions such as IPOs, acquisitions, and management buyouts.

Core Functions

  • Design and implement equity-based and cash incentive programs across jurisdictions
  • Provide counsel on corporate governance compliance and institutional investor guidelines
  • Support transaction teams on incentive aspects of corporate deals
  • Deliver comprehensive employment tax advice, including international mobility matters
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory developments
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and mentoring programs

Required Qualifications

  • Superior academic credentials
  • Qualified solicitor in a Common Law jurisdiction
  • Previous experience in Tax or Incentives practice at a comparable firm
  • Exceptional drafting abilities and commercial awareness
  • Superior communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
