Opportunity in an Independent Law firm.

This firm is seeking a Cororate Tax Associate to join them. As a member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and actively contribute to initiatives that strengthen the firm’s internal environment. You will focus on achieving high standards of performance, ensuring alignment with the firm’s strategic goals, effectively managing your caseload, and working towards both collective and personal success.

In the role of Associate (typically 3-5 years PQE), you will support the development of junior colleagues while continuing to advance your own expertise by seeking opportunities for professional growth. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in driving the firm's business development, taking the initiative to understand client needs, leading client relationship management efforts, engaging in networking opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues to promote sustainable growth for the firm.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on high-quality corporate tax matters.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a diverse and complex workload efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading others in developing their professional skills.
  • Must be a lawyer registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Law Society of Scotland.
